World Tour Pro Cyclist, Ben King, has achieved great heights; National Championships, a Tour de France finish, and Criterium International victory are among his many highlights. In preparation for his 2016 season, an unexpected crash left Ben stranded at the bottom of a mountain with a broken ankle, and a potentially shattered season. But following successful surgery, quality time with family and friends, and focussed incremental work indoors on his Kinetic Rock N Roll trainer, Ben was able to return to racing in mid March. With plenty of racing ahead, Ben still has big plans for 2016…
